Shipping and return
The detector price includes shipping to you, the prepaid return envelope and the laboratory analysis. Taxes are extra. There is no separate lab fee.
You will receive emails with the tracking numbers for the shipment to you and for the return, then a confirmation when delivery is on the way, when the return pickup is booked, and when the detector arrives at our laboratory. If an email does not arrive within the stated time, check your junk folder or use the portal.
When the detector arrives
The instruction sheet is in the kit. When it is delivered, open the tube, write the start date and time, then place the detector. The video is emailed once delivery is confirmed.
Sending the detector back
The return is for the analysis. It is not a refund request.
- On the portal, enter the order number and the email used at checkout.
- Two clicks confirm the pickup date.
- Leave the prepaid envelope in the mailbox or on the porch. Pickup is the same day. After 4 p.m., it is the next day.
The lab is very fast: 24 to 48 hours after pickup. The PDF report is sent within 2 business days after that receipt, at the latest, by email and on the portal, Report tab. Weekends and holidays are not counted in those 2 business days. Email subject: “Your radon analysis report is available”.
