Sending the detector back for the report is not a refund. That return is already included. It is done on the portal.

Return the detector

When the order can be refunded

• It has not shipped yet: we cancel it and refund what you paid.
• The detector is still sealed, was never deployed, and comes back in its original condition: we refund the product price. Taxes follow the refund.
• The kit is defective before use, or it was not delivered: we replace it or refund it.

When it cannot

Once the detector is opened, deployed, or received by the laboratory, the test has started. The order is not refundable.

For a refund, write to us through the contact page with the order number. The portal does not handle refunds.
