The neighbour tested their number is not your address
Radon does not follow the lot line finely enough for one test to be shared. The neighbour can have an open sump, a cut slab, a fireplace every evening, or new windows. You can have the reverse. Health Canada’s surveys show it at city scale: Regina and Saskatoon, in the same table, do not match.
A semi-detached house needs two tests, one per home, in each occupied room. The address is not enough. The gaps by province.
The 4-day test gives a first reading. The 91-day test covers the three-month minimum Health Canada asks for. Both are $59 before tax: shipping, return and the laboratory are included, taxes extra. The PDF report is sent within 2 business days after the laboratory receives the detector.
Above 200 Bq/m³, mitigation is confirmed with a quote. Gaz Radon is C-NRPP certified for measurement and mitigation.
